These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rummage Meal Planner mobile application and website (the "App"), provided by Plamp Software LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Rummage Meal Planner helps you track pantry inventory, plan meals, build shopping lists, and (on paid tiers) generate AI-assisted suggestions. Some features rely on third-party services, including grocery data via Kroger and AI features via OpenAI and/or Anthropic; availability of those features depends on the continued availability of those third parties.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@pantryflowmealplanner.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You may stop using the App at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account); this takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details, or email support@pantryflowmealplanner.com if you'd rather we process the deletion for you.
Rummage Meal Planner offers three tiers. Current pricing and features are always shown in the App and in the applicable app store listing; the table below reflects current pricing and feature availability as of the date of this document.

The AI tier is currently offered with a 14-day free trial, shown in the App at the point of purchase on both mobile and web. If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid AI-tier subscription and you will be charged the then-current AI-tier price (currently $13/month, or the equivalent annual price if you selected an annual plan) using the payment method on file with Apple, Google, or Stripe, as applicable. Free-trial eligibility, exact trial length, and enforcement (for example, limiting each customer to one trial) are ultimately governed by Apple's and Google's own introductory-offer rules for mobile purchases, and by our website's checkout flow for web purchases — the current terms will always be shown to you in full before you start a trial or complete a purchase.

You retain ownership of the content you add to the App (recipes, notes, photos, shopping lists). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the App's functionality for you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train third-party AI models beyond what's needed to generate the response you requested in the moment.
AI-powered features (meal suggestions, recipe generation, and similar) are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. They are generated by third-party AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. AI suggestions are not medical, dietary, or health advice and should not be relied upon for managing allergies, medical dietary restrictions, or other health-related needs — always verify ingredient and nutritional information independently. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on any AI-generated suggestion.
The App integrates with third-party services (including Kroger, OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, RevenueCat, Stripe, and Expo's push notification service) that have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services, and your use of them through the App may be subject to their own separate terms.
The App, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Plamp Software LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App as intended, these Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand assets.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plamp Software LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
